Envisions Family Support Services provide intermittent support for individuals with disabilities who live in their family home. We focus on strengthening family stability while building daily living skills, social connection, and independence. Services are flexible and scheduled around each family’s routines.
Short-term, planned relief so caregivers can rest, attend appointments, or manage other responsibilities, with safe and familiar support for the individual.
Coaching and assistance with routines like meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, personal hygiene, organizing, and basic money management.
Intermittent visits that provide guidance, encouragement, and companionship in the family home. Scheduling is flexible to fit each household.
Participation in meaningful community experiences such as shopping, events, parks, libraries, and local programs—chosen with the individual.
Structured activities that build friendships and confidence, including small-group meetups, game nights, and family-inclusive events.
When needed, we help coordinate access to services such as Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Counseling, or Music Therapy.
